Budgeting and Quotation
All quotations are generated based on the site assessment of your substrate condition, moisture level, and existing cracks. Quotes are valid up to 30 days from the issue date. Any variations will require a revised written quotation.
Product Pricing
After on-site assessment, final pricing will be confirmed. Prices do not include additional costs that arise from unforeseen site conditions such as surface damage, moisture issues, and extreme surface irregularities.
Order Booking
To confirm your booking, a 15% advance payment is required. After installation, the 50% balance is due immediately upon project completion and handover. The payment is made by bank transfer, debit and credit card, and cash directly through our operating entity in Dubai. And the late payment may incur additional charges, so avoid payment delays.
Project Timeline and Aftercare Instructions
Our team works hard to install your floors within the given time frame, but extreme heat, dust conditions, and site accessibility may affect the schedule. Generally, we take 1-2 days for interlocking tiles and 4-7 days for epoxy. Clients must protect their garage flooring for 72 hours from vehicle parking. Avoid heavy foot traffic for approximately 24 hours.
Warranty
Garage Flooring Dubai offers a warranty of 1 to 5 years on materials and workmanship, covering defects like peeling, burning, and separation of the tiles. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, heavy impact, or modifications made by you.
Cancellation Of the Order
If you want to cancel the order, inform our team with in 2-3hrs to avoid a cancellation fee. After that, our team will accommodate your rescheduling request based on availability or Refund as per policies.
Limited Liability
We take every precaution during installation; Garage Flooring is not liable for pre-existing damages that may be discovered during the flooring process. We are also not responsible for delays in installing the product because of extreme weather that is beyond our control.
Customer Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the customers to provide accurate information about garage flooring space and size. You may also inform us of any unknown issues with the existing subfloor before the installation.
Updated Terms
We may change or update the terms and conditions at any time for the garage flooring product. Continue use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We have the right to terminate and access your services immediately without prior notice if you breach the terms.
