Return Process
You can return or exchange the garage flooring within 3-4 hours after you’ve made the 75% advance payment. All the items you return must not be used, not opened, and in their original packaging. We will not take those flooring back to us that has been installed, cut, or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
The customized items, including custom cut rolls, colors, and special order tiles, are not refundable or returnable.
Defective Flooring
If your arrived garage flooring is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. And provide a clear photo of the issue with your order number. We will resolve your issue and ensure a full replacement, exchange, or full refund with no shipping charges.
Exchange Of Flooring
If you want to exchange your flooring for a different size, style, and color. Reach out to our team online to arrange the exchange and have your new order back to you within 3-5 days.
Return Shipping Cost
We provide free shipping across UAE. So there is no need to worry about any thing.
Restocking Fee
If you return the garage flooring within the first 1-2 days of delivery, a restocking fee will not be applied. But after this time limit, a 15% fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
Once your returned garage flooring arrives at our store, we will check whether it is in saleable condition. If our team approves, then we will refund the original shipping cost within 4-6 hours; the restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Custom Installation Services
Our garage flooring services are custom-applied to your space. Once we start the installation process, the order cannot be returned. If you are unsatisfied with our workmanship, please contact our team within 14 days of completion so we can address your issue quickly.
Order Cancellation
You can inform us with in 1-2 hrs before your scheduled appointment if you want to cancel the order. Your amount may be refundable after deducting the administrative and material costs. They are already incurred, depending on how long the order processing takes.
